Ginger root soothes sore muscles and eases the pain associated with arthritis symptoms due to active components 6-gingerol, 6-shogaol, and 6-paradol, offering antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Stinging nettle, ideal for a variety of inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis and chronic myalgia, relieves muscle aches. Ashwagandha root, known for its stress-relieving properties, also increases muscular strength. Licorice root boosts the immune system and aids blood circulation, which is essential for joint health. Meadowsweet is a gentle herb containing anti-inflammatory compounds to promote healing while also alleviating pain.
DIRECTIONS; Begin by transferring the loose tea to a Mason jar. Shake thoroughly before scooping out three teaspoons, adding 20 ounces of cold water to a saucepan. Add a half teaspoon of black pepper and stir. On simmer, allow to infuse for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally and keep covered. Prior to boiling point, turn off the burner and allow it to cool (while covered.)
