QUANTITY: 4-ounce bottle, 6 week supply if taken twice daily.

DOSAGE:  For best effect, the tincture needs a minimum of four weeks to change the current symptoms.   Take two to three times daily, preferably with meals for up to three months.  Take a two week break; then, begin again or find a similar alternative formula.  

In a 1/4 cup of cool water or juice, enough for one swallow, add 30 to 40 drops, or place the tincture sublingually beneath the tongue and hold for thirty second.
