Calendula Tincture- Treating Skin Inflammations for Humans and Animals

WHAT IS A TINCTURE? An herbal tincture is a long-lasting and effective form of extracting the whole plant's medicinal properties. The formula combines alcohol, distilled water, and sometimes vegetable glycerin. The result is potent and fast-acting. By adding the recommended drops of tincture to a liquid, diluting removes the weak or absent taste of alcohol.

Pronounced "Ca-lin-jewel-la." The bright golden flower, similar to a daisy, is ancient.  Calendula extract, which is the purest liquid form- a tincture- possesses potent anti fungal and antimicrobial properties, aiding oral, vaginal, and skin infections.  Additionally, studies found increased amounts of collagen in the extract, which explains why the protein is able to form new skin and heal wounds quickly.   Its potent antioxidant compounds, including flavonoids, carotenoids, and triterpenes, for instance, neutralizes oxidative stress in the body, and boosts anti-inflammatory compounds se regulate chronic inflammation of conditions, such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes. 

Each bottle contains two-ounces of Calendula extraction, and features a dropper for ease of use.

DIRECTIONS:  Most tinctures are infused between four to six weeks; however, I continue to potency at eight weeks; therefore, it is important to abide by the dosage.   One dropper is 30 drops; the maximum is two droppers, 60 drops.  Consume by placing the liquid underneath the tongue for 30 seconds or add to a cup of water and drinking. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:  Safe for both external and internal use, as long as the user complies with dosage amounts.
