Infusion: Boil 1 pint of water, pouring over 4 teaspoons of herbs. Steep for 20 minutes. Drink one cup twice to three times daily.
Organic Ingredients: Peppermint leaf, Cramp bark, Motherwort, dandelion leaf, Calendula flower, Yarrow flowers, and Blue Vervain
